Ken Johnston

Ken Johnston and his wife of over 30 years, Susan, have 4 children and two grandchildren. Ken has been a member of St. Luke the Evangelist parish in Glenside, PA since 1988. He is president of The Calix Society, an international organization for Catholics in recovery from addiction, after bringing Calix to Philadelphia in 2007. He has been active in the retreat movement at St. Joseph’s in the Hills Retreat House in Malvern, PA for over 30 years, serving as Captain of his annual weekend for 10 years. In 2014, Ken was admitted to the CA Captain’s Hall of Fame at the retreat house. Most recently, he left the IT world after 40 years to work full-time as the Executive Director of Our House Ministries, Inc. founded by co-host Fr. Doug McKay.
